Due to the nature of our business and the unique items we sell, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare case that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at shopdivine119@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We request photo documentation of the damage to assess the issue. If deemed eligible, a return will be arranged free of charge.
We will notify you once weβve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youβll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Β

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please reach out directly to the carrier to resolve the issue.
